Lori Greaves

Chief Operating Officer


Lori Greaves is the Chief Operating Officer at Ideal.  She is charged with all operational aspects of the company including procuring aluminum, managing inventory, production, production scheduling.  In addition, all plant operations report to her.  Lori brings tremendous acumen and experience to Ideal and has been with the company for more than 15 years.

Leo Kirby

Chief Revenue Officer


Leo Kirby is the Chief Revenue Officer at Ideal.  In his role, he is in charge of all aspects of sales and growth at the company.  The sales team and the custom estimating team report to Leo.  Under Leo’s leadership at Ideal, revenue has almost tripled since he joined the company in 2014.  Previously having worked in the insurance and propane industries, Leo brings over 35 years of sales experience to the team.

Virginia Joseph

Chief Administrative Officer


Virginia Joseph is the Chief Administrative Officer at Ideal.  She handles all matters financial, human resource, procurement and other administrative matters.  While her reach inside Ideal is broad, she has tremendous experience in small business leadership.  Having recently joined Ideal after relocating to Florida, she brings 20 years of experience to help Ideal put our best foot forward with our customers and people.


Doug Brady and Michael Siegel teamed up to buy Ideal Aluminum in 2010.  Under Doug’s and Michael’s leadership, Ideal has become one of the fastest growing companies in the fence, gates and railing industry.  They are proud to be the stewards of one of the most respected and successful companies in the industry,  Together, they have been active in industry associations, presented at tradeshows, and branched outside of the industry to reach homebuilders, landscape architects and others. They remain focused on making Ideal the industry leader through outstanding customer service, creative offerings and by recruiting, hiring, and retaining the very best people in the business.

Born, raised and educated in Florida, Doug entered the building materials industry after college as a finance and operations manager for a ready-mix company.  His 25+ years of experience has included stints in operations and leadership in ready-mix, HVAC and now fence, gates and railing. 

Born, raised and educated in Georgia, Michael entered into the business world after law school as an accountant for a large accounting firm.  His 25+ years of experience has included assignments with both large and entrepreneurial run companies consulting with them on a variety of operational and transactional issues.

Doug, harboring a mutual affinity for building materials and interacting with contractors, and Michael, having worked hard to help entrepreneurs become successful -- made it a goal of theirs to buy a company together. 

Doug received a Master's degree in Business Administration from Florida Southern College and a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of South Florida. He is a Certified Valuation Analyst.  Michael is a graduate of the University of Georgia School of Law and the Terry School of Business. He is a member of the State Bar of Georgia, the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Georgia Society of Certified Public Accountants.
